You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in reasonably good condition.

 Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If payment was by means other than a credit card, than a Check will be mailed to the address at the time of purchase , unlesswe receive an indication of change in writing.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If we pay for shipping an item back to us, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Item

Inthe event of a defective itemwe willpay for shipping the product back to us. A refund or a replacement itemwill be issued / sent within 2 business days (usually sooner) of receipt of the defective item.

Items are attempted to be shipped out within the next business day. Items are shipped priority mail, or 2 day by either UPS, Fedex, or USPS 2 day service.

You may cancel an order any time up to point that an item has shipped out. Items are generally shipped next business day, which usually gives about 24 hours to cancel. after item has shipped, normal refund policies apply (see above).


To activate your warranty: complete and mail the enclosed warranty registration card. This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. If the Unit should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair any defective parts free of charge. 

The warranty does not cover external parts, unauthorized repairs, or unusual wear and/or damage resulting from accident, natural disasters, or use of the unit for other than intended use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state in the USA.

This device has NO customer serviceable parts. Opening, dismantling or tampering with this unit in any manner will void the warranty.  This unit must be returned to manufacturer for all service and repairs.
